Can I order a single part?
Yes. Our manufacturing network covers single parts and prototypes as well as large production runs. Feasibility and order terms are confirmed after reviewing the documentation.
How are quality requirements agreed?
Parts undergo an additional quality inspection before delivery, and a dimensional inspection report is prepared. The scope of measurements and other quality requirements are agreed from the documentation before the order.
Is every project quoted individually?
Yes. Price depends on geometry, material, quantity, quality requirements, processing and delivery terms. We compare manufacturing options for each specific order.
Are your subcontractors bound by confidentiality obligations?
Our subcontractors are bound to keep technical documentation and information provided for each order confidential.
Can you arrange the certificates required for my order?
At the customer’s request, we arrange all certificates and documents required for the order. Their scope is agreed before work begins.
